The members of the Digby Fire Department would like to invite the public to join us on April 11 from 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM for our Annual Fire Department Banquet Dance.
Following our firefighters banquet, we’re opening the doors for a community dance with music provided by the band One Night Only.
This evening is our way of saying thank you to the community for the continued support you show our department throughout the year.
Admission is by free will offering at the door, so come out, dance the night away with your local firefighters, and enjoy a great night of music and community.
We’ll also be sharing more events throughout the year as we celebrate 140 years of providing fire service to our community.
We hope to see you there!

The Digby Fire Department Giant Bingo is coming up on Sunday May 3, 2026.
Doors open at 11:00 AM and bingo starts at 1:00 PM with $15,000 guaranteed to go.
Reservations are required to secure your seat. Call 245 4958 to reserve.
We look forward to seeing everyone for another great day of bingo in support of Digby Fire Department.

Bear River Cherry CarnivalÂ
The annual Bear River Cherry Carnival is held each year in July and is sponsored by the Bear River Volunteer Fire Department. It is the major annual fundraiser for the fire department.
